Disgusting service.Never again

I purchased a TV from Game stores in April 2022.The TV was faulty around the 1st week June.i brought it in they told me they need to book it in for repairs with the manufacturer. I asked how long they said within 7 days I'll get it.i said yes but your policy says if I don't get it back within 21 days. You either replace or refund me for the item.they agree.its in black and white onnthe repair sheet I was given and their website.

The manager tells me today that it's 21 working days and I should have been told that.i said well I wasn't and besides its in black and white on your repair sheet. They refused to replace or refund me.and said I must wait 21 days.
