Disgusting service received from Game Store Midlands Mall

Game doesn’t even deserve 1 star for the extremely poor service they have rendered to me and my husband. My husband bought a Xiaomi TV Stick that worked for a while, he took it back to Game Store in Pietermaritzburg Midlands Mall, he was assisted by Ruwan who said they will have to book it in and she will get back to him with feedback, but never did. This was over a month ago. My husband then went back to the store again today because nobody had contacted him regarding any feedback. He spoke to a lady by the name of Lilly today who then said they tested the stick and it was fine. She then gave it back to my husband. When he got back home, he tried connecting the stick, but to our surprise it disconnected and reconnected and eventually disconnected like it did before he took it back. We tried it on both our tvs and it did the same thing. Being disappointed is an understatement, we are disgusted by the service we have received from this Game store in particular and would definitely not recommend it to any one. At this point all we want now is our money back.
