disgusting service my Moosa Moosajee from Game stores Lenasia

My husband and i went to Game stores Lenasia to purchases a treadmill based on the advertised prices that was placed on media . We were advised that the add we seen was and old add and not available any longer. We then left Game stores and the following week proceeded to Macro in Crown mines. The sales consultant told us that we were mislead by the Lenasia Branch and allowed us to take pictures of the item and the price as per the advert on media. I then called the Game stores and requested to speak to the floor manager , He then told me that he cannot give me his details as i will end up coming there to look for him as he can confirm that he cannot assist me at all. Furiously my husband and i took pictures of the item and the price we were even given the tag of the discounted price which included all Macro and Games store. We then followed to Game in Lenasia and requested to speak to the floor manager we were pointed out to a gentleman called Moosajee he then responded by saying i cant give you my details as i am not looking for family my husband responded by saying we not looking for family but service that we deserve. We ended up spending our entire afternoon with unprofessional and *********** Moosajee
