Still no reply from management there. Two weeks now since I collected my machine and the power button is broken. The original pipe that went with the machine wasn't returned to me. The service manager and the sales person said that they would contact me Monday the 04th March I am still waiting for this. Until today no one has borthered to send the Rep home like the sales person told me he would. Disgusted completely with service from the shop. I will be reporting this to the Ombudsman as I am tired of this now

16 days and i am still waiting for a reply with feedback from someone...really GAMES YOUR SERVICE IS DISGUSTING....WHY DO I EVEN BOTHER....WAIT FOR IT I will be reporting this now to the ombudsman...I am tired of everyones lies
