Dear sir I purchased a Vacuum Cleaner BENNET READ, Tough 12 on 09 August 2022. The box was sealed until I decided to use it until 3 weeks ago. When I assembled the the Vacuum cleaner using YOUTUBE, channel I notice that there was a part missing. As I am not Mobile, I was offered a lift to Rosebank and saw one of the sales person, who then called the manager Busisiwe who annoyed me to a point that I was so furious that I almost hit her. I called the Cresta branch and she spoke to the - a woman whom by the name of Kamu I assumed is the manager of the asked me to come to Cresta store and they will assist me. When I got there everything was sorted out in less than 15 minutes. Thumbs up for Cresta Game from ssecurity, sales and management.
