Disgusting service , game gateway

Game Gateway, purchased blinds from the blinds department, upon fitting them we notice that the complete fittings where not supp****. Store says they will "see" what they can do. What the ****? Taking the money was okay for you guys? But you cant ****ing supply the correct items, i want a full refund on the product!!! ****ers who know jack **** about customer service.
