Disgusting service from such a huge brand... terribly disappointing!

No joy calling the stores, people who answer can't hear you. Got up on hold for almost an hour, called back and still never got help - all i needed to find out if there was stock of a particular item but it was so hard I decided to not buy the item anymore. Live chat is just as useless, bot doesn't reply and sending "How are you" a million times doesn't help me... terribly shocking service from such a huge brand! Totally shocking
