Disgusting service from Game West street
I went to Game on west street yesterday to purchase a bicycle for my two-year old son. I was assisted by Thabane, whom i asked to please have the bike assembled for me amd i would send someone to pick it up later in the afternoon before they close. Thabane assured me he would ask Sihle, who was on tea break at the time, to assemble it. Apparently he is the only one in the store who knows how to! This happened during my 10 o clock break. I later called Thabane just after 12 midday and he confirmed thet the bike was assesmbled. Being so greatful, i thanked him and told my boyfriend he could pick the bike up just after 4 as he finishes work at that time. He arrived at the store to find only a pink bike assembled for display, as I had earlier. I am so dissapointed and irritated actually as I explained to Thabane how important to me that I get home yesterday afternoon with the assembled bike as my son fights with my niece for her bike. Which i purchased at the same store for her birthday earlier this year. If my request was too much or impossible, Thabane should have told me. My boyfriend was assisted by someone else whose name he didnt take note of as Thabane and Sihle were not available by that time. Even then he( the game employee) couldnt assemble the bike. I have decided to go to Game Pavillion, hopefully there I will actually b able to purchase an assembled bike and get home to a happy child when he sees his own bike.
