Disgusting service from game stores

Made an online purchase on the 14th of December and I still have not received my order which was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son. I have called game customer service a thousand times only to be told they would enquire with the other department and get back to me with feedback but it never happens. I am really disappointed and very upset at the same time. Would never recommend anyone to buy something that is supposed to be a gift to someone because they would be greatly disappointed, Now my son was without a gift on Christmas day and I was seen as a ****.
