Disgusting service from game online

Good day,

I placed an order online on the 1st of May. Today is the 12th of May and I have not received my order. Order no *** I contacted the customer care line and was told by a consultant that they are not sure when I will receive my goods, yet on the game website they advertise delivery within 5 to 7 days. I received a sms 2 days ago to tell me that my order is with the courier company, surely it cannot take this long for the courier company to deliver. What is game doing to ensure that their customers receive their goods. I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering online from game. After viewing the negative comments on social media I regret why I placed an order with them.
