Disgusting service
Today we were refused entry into the Game store in east Rand mall because my children were not wearing face masks.
They were wearing face shields. My youngest is 20 months and my eldest suffers from pre-asthma so they CANNOT wear a face mask, as they struggle to breathe through it.
I really think Game should educate themswlves on alternatives to masks for people who medically cannot wear a mask

I really appreciate that a manager told me over the phone to "cover my kids with a blanket" if they can't wear masks. Because my childern wearing a hat with protective shield all around their head is apparently not sufficient cover.
Please read the following regulations and tell me how my kids were not allowed but people wearing masks with valves were?

- Masks should NOT be worn by children under the age of 2 or anyone who has trouble breathing, is unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.
- Masks with exhalation valves or vents should NOT be worn to help prevent the person wearing the mask from spreading COVID-19 to others
But no worries. You will never receive my business ever again
