Disgusting Service

I bought a fridge on the 21 November still no delivery, I have had enough with the service at game. All they do is escalation after escalation. They don't even give the number for the courier. I even volunteered to pick up my fridge by myself but I was told I wont be allowed. What the heck? Order number ***
