Disgusting Service

Game store at Queenstown NONESI Mall has such terrible and filthy service😡 every time I go there I get terrible service from them! I went to buy travelling pillow and I was looking all over the store not seeing anyone to help me but I finally got someone who took me to the isle that has those pillows.The pillows were hanged under the price of R119 and R169 When I looked at the description I could not understand and there was no one to assist me so I took it and went to pay I stood in a long slow queue and when I get to the till it was R199 I told them I only saw the other prices, when the staff member went to check indeed they were hanged under those prices and they told me they are sorry they can’t help me because barcode was not the same and they were renovating that was placed there incorrectly! So I am asking how is it my problem that it was placed incorrectly and there was no pricing for the pillow? And what about my time I wasted there looking for an item, waited on the queue and waited for their staff to verify only to be told SORRY, I got to their store 16:40 and I left 17:37 without being helped. What makes me angry is that this was not the 1st time I get such service and being sent up and down yet I still trust them to go to their store and still get filthy service again…Their sales manager is very rude and *********** talking to her was just waste of my time. They can just close that store it’s very useless and most people are complaining and it’s just that they do not voice out their complaints.
