Disgusting service

Your insurance system suucks honestly. I've app**** for insurance to take over my account installments more than 3 months ago. I've sent numerous email and also dm'd you on twitter but still I'm yet to get a response. You don't respond to my application yet you keep sending me smses telling me my insurance will lapse. How am i supposed to make payments when I've explained in the emails I've sent that i have lost my income. You keep telling me that ypu will hand over my account to creditors. Well go ahead because you didn't respond to my emails and application. I still don't have a source of income so handing over will not do any justice for either of us. I'm disgusted with your service I've had the account since 2014 and this is my first time applying and you do this!! Ypur service is really appalling
