Disgusting service

The service that i got from Game store is disgusting. The security close the doors at 14:30pm telling us they are close we should come the following day, when we've been standing at the queue for more than an hour because we adhered to the social distancing rule, the next thing we told to turn back home. We called the head office of Game Retail to help us with understanding the rules placed at Westgate mall Game store for closing before time, we then managed to shop around 15:06 when the store manager Justice Matsaba came to open the door for us , before letting us in he shouted at us telling us that we not being reasonable to stand at the door because he closed the shop, he said he'll do us a favor to shop but he won't tolerate such *******. I mean a manager telling us customers that and we've been waiting in a queue for more than an hour. Now Busy trying to get some groceries a lady by Lizzy Lesetedi was busy rushing us telling us that we should not take our time they wanna knock of we must take whatever then will come back some other time, now we trying to rush shopping for groceries we ask her were will we get flour and cream she tells us that those things are out of stock and swears at us for not listening to her while we busy trying to get what we came for.
