Disgusting service

One star because 0 zero is not an option

I placed an online order with Game on the 03.05.2022 , received an sms from GAME stating the order will be delivered by the 05.05.2022 and provided a tracking number for DAWN Wing , we waited for this order and no delivery was made .

on the morning of 09.05.2022 , I contacted GAME and DAWN WING and was advised of a postal code error which I rectified and was assured by the customer service agent that delivery will be done by the 10.05.2022.

everyday since then I have been calling GAME & DAWN WING to find out the status of my delivery and am met with the same response , we have updated the details and delivery should occur on the day .

It is now the 16.05.2022 at 9.02am and still no delivery of my order
