Disgusting service!!!

Hi. I am very unhappy with Game. We made online purchase on 08/05/2020 - purchased 3 items(all in the same transaction). Received an email from them on 16/05/2020 confirming order and received my order number and advising me that the delivery will be done within 7-10 working days (their delivery promise). Received one of the items on 21/05/2020. I then called their web support number to try and find out where the rest of our order was, no answer. Called close to 20 different times and after 10 plus minutes of being on hold I would eventually just **** the call. I then emailed their web support and service support - NO response at all since 22/05/2020. I lodged an online ticket with my query - wait for it...NO RESPONSE!!!!! I eventually got a hold of someone in their warehouse by calling the local warehouse number - I explained my predicament and tried to put me through to a manager.....you guessed it, NO ANSWER!!!!!
