Disgusting service at Game store mall@reds!

We were rather disgusted by the atrocious service or lack of in fact by the woman who works by the electonics/entertainment area in the game store at mall@reds! This woman was so rude, she pretended to be on the phone for about 30minutes instead of assisting us with creating a game card. We asked plenty of times if she could multitask or get us someone to assist, but she insisted she is the only one in the entire store who can help create a card. She made us wait close to 45 minutes while supposedly still on the phone. A few other customers waiting for her assistance Left. She was utterly rude and really should not be in customer services! Our experience of game was shocking and disappointing!
