Disgusting service at Game Store in Baywest and Horrible service received form store management

I visited game store in Baywest today. As I entered the store from outside the security guard want to search my backpack which got laptop and my work documents. Then entered the store passed cash desk then he started to scream calling me, hey bra hey bra in front of other customers and staff.

He then called one of the store management after some few discussion they called a second guard who was a lady to follow me around the store as if I'm a ***** or ****** something from their. The lady followed me around till i got at the tills and pay.

I asked the same management(Giovanni) as the branch manager was in the store at the time who told me i can go on and complain and gave me game email address.

This is pathetic to say the least that customers are treated as ******* in Game stores and management to call at all about customers.
