DISGUSTING SERVICE AT GAME N1 CITY

I am disgusted at the service at Game Stores N1 city. I purchased a 4door cupboard at the store on 10 Aug 2018, delivery took place the Sunday 11 Aug 2018 (which was already late, cause they said by the same day or the Saturday). When the cupboards arrived, NO DOORS! Couldn’t get hold of the store, number was unavailable the Sunday. Contacted the driver again, he was not very helpful and rude. He put the phone down in my face when I phoned him the second time. On the Monday (13 Aug) finally came through to the store, spoke to a Cheska, very helpful, but never came back to me on when they will deliver. On the Wednesday (15 Aug) phoned again, spoke to Alain that assisted us with the sale. He said he will speak to his manager and get back to me when they will deliver. H did not get back to me. Then I decide Friday (17 Aug) to go all the way back to the store. The manager (Werner), assured me that they will deliver the Saturday (18 Aug). They came to deliver the Saturday, BUT AGAIN THE WRONG STUFF. NO DOORS YET! Till today (Monday 20 Aug), no-one came back to me to say when they will deliver. I phoned the store now again, spoke to the other manager (Gary), and waiting on his response now. That is now pathetic service for you from GAME N1 CITY!!!!!
