Disgusting service at Game Mitchell's plain

I must say the service at game mp is so disgusting and Nadeem the manger didn't even call me back as he said he would this morning 3 Dec 21 like he said he would just this rude guy that delivered the fridge called me when he was on his way to bring the fridge. The delivery guys was very rude and rough and just not giving too damn ****. Once again I tried calling game Mitchell's plain no luck in them picking up.i have been trying to call the this whole week and even there call center tried to call them with no luck and defy also helped me call them and also no luck in answering there pH. I'm so upset now. They came in so wild with the fridge falling on my furniture also and almost knocked over my TV and they thought everything was a joke. They broke my brand new tray of eggs all over the floor and it wasn't even in there way and they thought it was a joke and didn't even clean it up they just left. If game Mitchell's plain would answer there pH on Monday 29 Nov then I wouldn't have to wait until Friday 3 Dec for a other fridge I actually have photos of the vegetables that was frozen due to the old fridge they took away and all my broken eggs. I emailed game but still no reply.
