Disgusting service at game fourways mall

Am disappointed at the service at this store, or rather service I didn't receive. I have been waiting at the credit desk for 30 mins with the other staff having conversations with out assisting me. This is game at fourways, I waited close to an hour for some one to assist me, she or he was paged to come assist client but didn't even show up. If this is the service they render then rather close up that option because we can't be treated like invailds and our time wasted.
