Disgusting Service

I placed an order online on the 25th April 2020.

I then sent an email on the 7th May of which I got no response.

I called today, was talking to a lady and she put me on hold then cut me off.

I'm now calling again and have been on hold for 25 minutes and still nothing.

This is poor service
