Disgusting service

I'm so disgusted by the service I'm getting at game,bought a lawn mower in February, literally cut the lawn 4 times and ot stopped working, just returned it,the store manager won't even talk to me, they won't refund or do sn exchange, now I must be stuck with a growing grass as it rains everyday, or pay someone addition money to come to my house ,they are refusing to assist
