disgusting service

I was at Game in Chris Hani mall to do my weekend shopping I was assisted by 1 of your till operator. 1st payment was done via game account and I wanted to pay other items using my debit card however the store was off line and I was advised to go to the nearest Capitec bank to get cash. I physically went to get that cash. when I arrive back to the store so that I can pay my staff. the till operator that assisted me previously was unfortunately not there and she was very helpful because she parked my trolley @ customer service. I explain to the supervisor that was on duty because some of the items inside that trolley was paid in full. the supervisor on duty find another till operator to assist I was so amazed with the level of customers service that I received from Dimatso @ game Chris Hani mail. she advise me to unpack my items again they I explained my frustration to her that I am here for more than 2 hour trying to buy however your store was off I toke my effort to get cash so that I can get my staff paid now you are telling me that you need to scan the items again. Dimatso walk out of her till and refused to assist me. you can check cameras for this date 05/03/22 around 15h00 pm in the afternoon. she totally refused to assist me and what disgusted me the most is that your supervisor was also standing in front of me and she didn't says nothing. I am waiting for urgent feedback from the store because what happened to me on Saturday is totally not acceptable.
