Disgusting service

So I bought at smeg product at cresta for R1599,didn't like the color and at Rosebank they had the color I wanted but the was a huge price difference of which I did not understand even their explanation. They said the stock was from Dionware but if they not going to account and give valid explanation why did they even take stock from Dionwired. I feel they ******** people and I need my diffence back or Iam taking it further to competition commissioner.
