Disgusting service

From 28th January I sent my vacuum cleaner in for fixing. Extended warranty so now they don't care or bother. I went to the store three weeks back and the lady at customer service at Mall@ carnival Game said that I will get a call by that Friday. No call. I am done Game, I want my vacuum cleaner back. What kind of service is this. So long for a repair for a pump that keeps going in that machine. Its been more in service then it has been with me to work in the last 4 years. Kindly advise of the way forward. Its already over the limit for a repair, then you should rather refund me and keep your broken machine.>>>>>>
