Disgusting service

So I purchased an essential item online with no issues. There was no communication on delivery so I called the call centre and got told that the stock isn't available. Had I not called they were not going to advise me of this. I have requested a refund on this as I urgently need to go source this elsewhere. Can someone urgently attend to this
