DISGUSTING SERVICE

The agent was very rude on the day i went to do my layby for the TV, she did not even explain why she did separate transactions from my RCS card and that their system does not capture laybuys.

When i went back to redeem my layby , 2 weeks later, it was not captured on the system but the funds were taken from my RCD card. I had to wait 4 hours to be assisted and only to be told to go home and they will call me. Which is more petrol money i had to spend

They then called to say the issue has been sorted, when i got to the store 20 minutes later, i then had to wait another 30 minutes for them to sort the issue out. I am utterly disgusted and disappointed in the service I received from Game Heidelberg mall
