Disgusting service

We purchased a lot of TV's and home theater from Game under a year ago and the home theater hasn't got all the channels working so we took it back to exchange because it's got a 1 year guarantee and further year warranty. Now when I went to go exchange the product the store tells me that they going to send it away for repair. What's the guarantee for, we only have this problem with Game
