Disgusting service

I bought a washing machine and a microwave at game in the bayside store ,which is in Table View. Unfortunately they could not deliver on the following day, as it was a public holiday. Today a guy calls me with this number " ********** " to confirms my availability, and I told him I can only be available after half 5 latest 6, as I was at work, he then confirms "it's ok". 10 min later he calls me again and says he won't make that time slot, so we should make it at 5pm ,and I said "not a problem" I will get out of the office earlier and meet him half way and I did. I called him at half 4 to notify him that I am at home he can come if his around. Surprisingly enough the flipping *********** and rude guy, tells me his home already he won't come , this after all my efforts and leaving work early for this stupid delivery, he then tells me his "uncle" will come rather, of which am not even sure is GAME has become a family business NOW. It's now close to 7pm!!!no one came, and I am not going to leave early at work again for your inconveniences and *********** staff. If it means you guys must come and deliver at 10pm you will do that or want my money back immediately. If nothing happens within the next 24 hours I will take the matter to the ombudsmen with no hesitation.

Your service is flipping disgusting, and your staff is even worse!!!!!
