Disgusting Service!!!!!

I'm not sure what's happening with Game Stores as a brand but I have never ever seen such disgusting service from 1 branch. The Midrand Boulders branch needs an overhaul. Those people employed there have no idea what customer service is... in fact I feel the company as a whole is part of the problem. Let's discuss the fact that on Friday the 27/10 they had no straws in the entire stores...and the Cashier laughed at me when I asked why did they have no straws...? No apology nothing. The yesterday on the 28/10 they had no trolleys, I witnessed a stranger waiting for more than 10mins as the security guard had informed her that she has to wait for the trolley guys to bring back the trolleys to the store.. to the extent that she asked me (who was leaving the store with a trolley ) if she could accompany me to the parking lot just so that she could finally get a trolley. That's the kind of service we get from Game Midrand Boulders branch. Let's not even go into the look and feel of that store where you can barely walk though the aisles as there in ******* and packers unpacking non-stop , talk at the top of their voices. There's no visible "game staff" on half of the floor, it's just full of merchandisers. Yooohhh.... that branch is a mess!!! However is managing this branch need's to catch a serious wake up because really, Game is paying them for God knows what!!!!!!!!????? There's lots of dead wood staff in that branch who just don't give a damn!!! Rest assured, next time... I will take photos!!!!
