Disgusting service
Appalled by the customer service. Game Pinetown
My tv went in for repairs on 12th Dec. Up to date we dnt hv our tv back. Its holidays n kids was without tv. Called in and apoke to Rishi who sd he will call back but did not. I called and was told he will call me and when he did whilst speakn to him the call cut. This was more a week ago. And up until today he did not call back. I tried calling the pinetown branch but cannot gt thru.

14 Jan 2020, 15:55We had to drive to the store today because they dnt answer their phones. The management there are clueless as to wats happening. Pointing fingers at each other. I honestly think i should get consumer watch involved.

15 Jan 2020, 12:25Just an update. TV was brought bk yesterday at 4:30. I was nt at home when my nephew show3d Rakesh Nundlall(who delivèred) scratches . Rakesh sd its nt his job to chk tht. Anyway when i got home the tv was so badly damaged. I called Game Pinetown and no answer. So decided to drive there. I was so upset cos this is waating my time. Marlin Govender the store manager said to me that he will refund me however he does not want my business. Absolutely pathetic customer service from a manager. Today i took the tv in to gt my refund n was told they dnt hv cash but i cn go to another Game store.
I walked into Game Pavilion with the intention of getting my money back. I left buying a tv and a few ither stuff all because of the excellent service received from staff at the Pavilion branch. Ali Arafat and Joseph Naidoo can be commended for excellent customer service and can teach Marlin a manager from Pinetown a thing or 2.
Please advise is Marlin the type of manager you want at your store? Telling customets he doesnt want their business???
