Disgusting service

Game lebowakgomo service it just confirmed that they do not care about service as long they receive money. I had to wait for over hour for a person who works in customer service. My mistake was to purchase a lawnmower combo machine that was on display. I was able to test it after couple of days which was weekend. To my surprise the machine broke immediately tried the streamer it also broke. I don't even stay in lebowakgomo I was only visiting. Now today I took it back I'm told it must be booked for repair as it's over 7days. I asked why was I told about 7 days? The stuff member Matji refused to help us saying we broke the machine. Perhaps he thinks we r crazy to buy a machine n get home n break it. So basically in Game lebowakgomo consultant work from home as we still being kept here for 1 person to help up. It's very disgusting as I come very far to receive such service. Matji n the security guard r busy talk about me n my Mom like we some sort of crazies. N the manager is also refusing to help us.
