Disgusting service

<p>On the 22Feb2017 I bought a Defy washing machine at the The Glan branch and payment was made. There was no stock and was told it should arrive 03Mar 2017. Yesterday I enquired what is happening as I'm still waiting and so was the washing. The blame was laid at the warehouse. I also spoke to the floor manager and was told it should arrive today and they will call me. They did not even call me to give me feedback. I'm sure Walmart in the USA does not operate their service like this. In January I was in Orlando, USA and I shop at Publix (it's like a Pick n Pay here) and each time at the till they would ask me if I found everything I'm looking for and that's the difference. Here they would chitchat among the tellers and packers. Would I shop again at Game not a chance.</p>
