Disgusting Service

Evening, i am not sure if this is the write group to write on but i need to voice this. I am highly disappointed in the service from Game in Ballito Junction! I have purchased kitchen appliances from them and every appliances i have bought has failed on me and i have had to replace and not even a year old yet! I bought a kettle and toaster from Game Ballito and the handle broke off never mind i had just boiled the kettle and all the hot water fell on my stomach and i had third degree burns and i thought i would just leave it and deal with the situation and replace the kettle. I then replaced the kettle second one and that one started leaking not even 6 months old i then went to Game Ballito today to return it for a new one and saw a label stating it was such a amount with Russell Hobbs kettle on the shelf above that price, went to the till and got told no its this amount. I then asked for the manager a lady came and stood there and argued with me about the price saying that i can clearly see it was a different brand but the tag was right at the bottom of the shelf and the writing was not noticeable and had to physically bend down to have a look! My toaster didn't even last a year and it broke. My iron i bought from Game Ballito didn't last 6 months and i had to replace that as well!! Both kettles were sunbeam and both failed me. My iron was Russell Hobbs. Highly disappointed. I would like to take matters further but would like to know if anyone else has had any problems with the Game in Ballito Junction.
