Disgusting manager!

I bought one of your carpets and only realized when I went in t exchange it that it had been on special and because of such I was not allowed to exchange it due to the fact that it had gone back to it's original price. My biggest confusion with this whole thing was that it was still the same product just a different colour. As if that was not disappointing enough I had to deal with such a rude, ill mannered manger! who did not even bother to give me the time of day, If this is how you select your mangers don't be surprised why you will be losing customers! Putting *********** rude people in charge of your stores is one way to show lack of care for your customers!

This Eugene Van Vyke was thee most rudest human I have come across in a while he could've explained to me in a less aggressive way that he couldn't exchange especially since I did not come there fighting it was just a simple request change the current color and according to your website there was nothing in appropriate that I had request.

Please explain to me what your statement below (point 2 from your site ) means when you could not even assist me let alone be belittled by this so called store manger. If its because of lack of people to put in a managerial position then I do understand why you sc**** the barrel and give us this Mr Van Vyke to assist us but if there are available people who can be trained I would highly recommend you find more deserving humans who do value customer service and their job!!

Also why could I not be allowed to swap the color when this is what you say?? 2. We'll swop it, if we stock it
