Disgusting Game!!!!

This is one of the most disgusting shops I’ve ever used. First there was a ***** with my account, then I had to stop the cards, which was a mission. These people don’t even follow up with your case. You are the one that needs to call them to ask if they have received your documents. They will tell you that it’s not their responsibility to do follow ups. Then I tried doing a replacement card, I had to resend documents that I sent to them 4 months ago. In the interim you get lovely sms’s Reminding you of an installment. Stood for 3 hours at the branch in Brooklyn and still no card. This business is useless, they are disgusting. I have all sorts of regrets using them.
