Disgusting floor manger

I am truly disgusted at the treatment I received at Game Cresta this morning and worse it was the floor manger Samuel I think that was his name, coming in just after 9am to do a simple exchange was turned out to be a screaming match between me and this rude man who confidently bragged that he is supervisor. I feel the treat was unacceptable especially from a person in management all this arrogant man had to do was apologise not scream at me and tell he its my fault i didn't hear him tell the that the customer service is not open yet, problem that this rude man made my problem which i do not understand if Game opens at 9 why is the customer service desk not open then? I honestly hope that this man is held accountable for his disgusting behaviour.
