DISGUSTING FALSE ADVERTISING AND UNPROFESSIONALISM

I bought a newspaper on the 1st of February 2016 and inside was an insert of Game stores catalogue whereby I identified a fridge I liked and on the afternoon of the 2nd February 2016 I went to buy the fridge as I have relocated due to career purposes and am currently without a fridge. I paid cash on the spot including delivery charges, not a single cent owed to them by me.<br> <br> I was told that I would have to wait till the 12th of January 2016 as they never had stock of the item.<br> I was stunned at the nerve of false advertising because how does such a huge retailer put an item on promotion without planning the promotion, where is the professionalism?<br> <br> Today is the 2nd of February and I still am without a fridge let alone a follow-up/update call or any means of communication whatsoever.<br> <br> At this point I so wish I could afford a law suit against Game and not because I want their money but to expose their disrespect towards customers and make them feel the pinch as they are making me frustrated, this is a fridge I am talking about not a sound system or patio furniture, how does one live without a fridge in this day and age.<br> <br> I never want to see myself inside a Game store again.
