Disgusting Customer services

I app**** for a game store card with excitement but that soon turned into regret when I went to activate my card. the lady that assisted me to activate wasn't interested didn't explain anything and was busy on the phone she captured my details incorrectly, as if that wasn't enough I made my first purchase which is a defy oven for R7999 was assisted by cashier named pulane instead of asking if I'm buying on straight or budget she decided to put it on straight without asking of which I wanted to use budget .then I was told to sign and come back after 48hours to change to budget meaning I need to take time off work and my petrol to come correct someone's mistake. one Lady Prudence attempted to help me even suggested to get a voucher from the store manager to use for petrol if I needed to come fix the mistake however when the manager Albina Nkosi came first thing she said was she doesn't have money to give customers for petrol .without even understanding what issue was she took my detail s and said the RCS people will fix it I don't need to be there to correct it after prudence was told by customer care consultant that I'll be needed for verification.. She said she won't take any responsibility for service provided by absa card if there's any difference to be paid absa/ Rcs will pay or the cashier will pay..as a customer I app**** for a came card nor need to tell me who game has contract with to get me the card I needed a solution to the problem created by the cashier on my account... Albinar promised to give me a call yesterday and never did,she said she'll take responsibility for charges if the statement come as straight but how can she when she failed to give me feed back like she promised..as a previous employee of Game I'm very disappointed in the disgusting service provided I could have been a mistry shopper but that didn't even matter to the store manager .two hours of my time wasted without even an apology..thanks Prudence for trying to help even though your manager Albina crushed all your efforts..
