Disgusting Customer service Online !

Game Online is the worst thing that has been given to customers! I bought a fridge from them and upon delivery it had a dent ! 2weeks later I’m still waiting for them to come replace the fridge ,I have been calling ,sending emails even went on social media asking for the fridge as this is a huge inconvenience to me being a student I cannot buy my monthly groceries because they will rot . Now I’m forced to buy each day food which is a huge expense me this shows how they do not care at all about they customers! I’m actually disgusted but mostly hurt because now I’m spending money that I do not have to be able to buy food each day because I do not have a fridge !!
