Disgusting Customer Service - Game Menlyn Mall

The absolute worst Customer Service received from Game Stores in Menlyn Mall. I paid for a Bar fridge for Joshua on 8 January and it has still not been delivered.

After standing in their store for more than an hour the sales lady invoiced me for two fridges...Her name is Gugu...She then comes back and tells me...Oh i gave you free delivery because I made a mistake.

Excuses i was given as to why delivery has not taken place :

# It just says Pretoria on the system...we did not know where in Pretoria so we did not deliver...This is after we confirmed with Gugu exactly where in Pretoria

# The number on the delivery note when we called it the person said they did not order a fridge...The numbers that were given were mine as well as Joshua's

# I asked for the numbers that they have...Tshepho and Victor could not answer me

On 14th January i was promised by Tshepho (who is apparently in Management position) that Joshua's fridge will definitely be delivered and i do not need to worry anymore.

This is disgusting as i have a child in a different Province in a house with no fridge to keep his food in because of your complete disregard for Customer Service.

GET IT TOGETHER GAME I WANT THAT FRIDGE DELIVERED TODAY AND I WANT SOMEONE IN A HIGHER POSITION THAN TSHEPHO TO CALL ME BACK...SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY KNOWS WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON IN YOUR STORE!
