Disgusting customer service

I purchased an iron from Game on 21 September 2025.Product is defective. Store refused to refund my money. This is the behaviour of large retailers trying to exploit customers and getting *********** staff to deal with customers. The worst service ever received. This attitude was one of the ingredients of your stores demise.In my opinion this is tantamount to theft.Selling inferior products and not wanting to refund a customer. Let me expose this further on social media and local newspapers to warn customers to stay away from legal theft.
