Disgusting customer service at Game Store Westgate

I intended on purchasing a TV and sound at promo that was been sold at my local game store. I visited about 5 games stores in JHB and with no luck the TV were unfortunately not in stock. The stores took down my details for a rain check. Now 2 months later the products are no in stock and ready to be sold, I tried to consult the store manager at the Game Westgate and literally refused to assist me and his attitude towards me was very patronizing. I was even considering making a further purchase in addition to the promo but I’m not happy with how the store treated me.
