Disgusting customer service.

So disappointed with the service I received.I bought a video game month end from them because I promised my son everytime he improves @ school will buy one video game.I couldn't pick up that this specific one needs internet.When we want to update it it takes forever to ipdate until we get a loadshedding then when electricity is back it start all over again.I went to the store to ask for exchange and I explained to the Senior Manager on duty Jolene Peter's the situation and I also told her that no one explained this policy she is telling me about no exchange when I bought the video game.She just told me that she is sorry that no one explained but she won't be able to assist with exchange now it feels like I threw away my R700,
