Disgusting customer service

Pathetic customer service from Game Boksburg. I stood at the large appliances department for over 25mins ,after paging 3 times for a consultant for assistance. I was interested in the Defy DW323 dishwasher that is currently on special. When the consultant arrived he brought through customers to purchase the same dishwasher that was on demo as they did not have stock. I was in the department 1st ,not taking this into consideration he sold the unit and did not come back to assist me. I was absolutely angry and spoke to the Manager yet still received no resolve. Game boksburg has always been portrayed as a branch that has bad customer service but this time it happened to me . I am very disappointed as I shop there often.
