Disgusting Customer Service -

I purchased a washing machine on the 27th November Paid in full and was promised to be delivered when stock arrivies . It is now the 03.01.2022 and still no delivery . I went to store 5 times and was promised to be resolved . Emailed their web support and a Spencer Lawrence was to assist but as usual unable to get hold of Him/Her. I could have purchased this merchandise at another retailer if i was kept informed . Disgusting Service ....
