Disgusting customer service
This is my second email & 4th call today,since i placed an order on 2 October.
One item was not delivered & i am the one that needs to keep on calling & following up.I think its pathetic & this is probably the worst service I've received.
We acknowledge receipt of your complaint with reference ***0 and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We escalated the matter to Senior Management @ONLINE who will investigate this matter and will contact you to discuss this matter.
