Disgusting customer service
Horrible customer service at the Kenilworth branch cape town. Service reps are rude and sarcastic. Went to process a return for an online purchase which was pre agreed and the cashier said I need to print the invoice (in a mall with no internet café) then after a hole back and forth... She sarcastically says oh if u let me finish I was gonna OFFER that u email it and I'll print it. ***. Ppl always speak for horrible customers but never about horrible service reps.
